Wilma Montene Shaver Sanchez, 74 of Searcy, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 24, 2014. Wilma was born on May 16, 1939 to the late Henry Elton ( Kirk ) Shaver and Ruth Leon Winningham Shaver. She is survived by her children Clifford Joe Sanchez of Searcy, Rita Gilliam of Michigan, Timothy Hickmon of Bauxite, Michael Hickmon of Bauxite, and Tony Hickmon of Bauxite, her siblings, Junior Lee Shaver of California, Mabel Bryant of Bradford, Robert Shaver of Bald knob, Joyce Layton of Bald Knob, Kenny Shaver of Bald Knob, and Jackie Shaver of Bald Knob, and one grandson Mitchell Gilliam of Michigan, and many nieces, nephews', cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Wilford Joe Sanchez, her parents, and one brother Hank Shaver. Wilma enjoyed canning, gardening, playing video games and fishing when she was able. She also loved crafts and crocheting. Wilma loved all her son Cliff's friends and considered each one of them as her own. Wilma will be missed by many. A Memorial Service for Wilma was held at Bradford Memorial Funeral Home Chapel Monday, April 28, 2014 from 6-8p.m.
